Vadodara, October 2026: The Don Bosco Development Society organized Thread Painting Activity on 16th October 2026 under the aegis of Non-Formal Elementary Education project supported by United Baroda Foundation.
The activity began with the teacher explaining the process of thread painting and demonstrating how to create colourful designs using threads and paints. The children were provided with threads, different colours of paint, and sheets of paper. They dipped the threads into various colours and carefully coated them with paint.
The children then placed the painted threads on the paper in different patterns and designs. By moving and arranging the threads creatively, they created beautiful and colourful impressions. Each child experimented with different colours and patterns, producing unique and attractive artwork.
All the children participated in the activity with great interest and enthusiasm. They enjoyed exploring the creative possibilities of thread painting and were excited to see the colourful designs they created. The activity provided a fun and engaging learning experience, allowing children to express their imagination through art.
Overall, the thread painting activity was enjoyable and educational. It helped improve the children's creativity, concentration, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination. It also encouraged experimentation, patience, and self-expression. The children were happy to learn something new and appreciated the opportunity to participate in this creative activity.
