Ahmednagar, August 2021: The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS) through its implementing partner Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra (BGVK) distributed safeguarding kits to 100 frontline workers from government health department. The safeguarding kit consisted of gloves, N95 masks, triple-ply masks, sanitizers and PPE kits. Additionally, 250 ration kits were distributed. This project was financially supported by Amazon.

Fr George D’Abreo (Director – BGVK) along with the staff successfully implemented this task travelling to the different villages in Ahmednagar and Beed districts of Maharashtra. Fr Rolvin D’Mello (Executive Director - DBDS) thanked Amazon for its financial support. The beneficiaries expressed their happiness and gratitude for supporting them in this great difficult time of COVID-19 pandemic.
