Pune, August 2022: The Don Bosco Development Society organized a three days Income Generation Training on instant Gravy Masala and Premix for 12 women from Vidya Nagar slum in Chinchwad. The event was held under the aegis of “Health Care and Sustainable Environment” Project supported by AXA business services.

The Income Generation training was held from 22^nd August to 24^th August 2022. Ms Samindra Thithe was the resource person. Mrs. Samindra taught the preparation process of following 12 types of Instant premix and 6 type of Instant Gravy

• Dosa Uttapa Mix, Idli Mix, Upma Mix. Dhokala Mix, Meduvada Mix, aape Mix, Shira Mix, Sambhar Mix, Gulab Jamun mix, Basundi Mix, Jalebi Mix, Nan Mix,

• Red Gravy, White Gravy, Golden Gravy, Orange Gravy, Green Gravy, Exotic Gravy,

She also took session on various aspects of business like marketing, promotion, advertising, packing, costing, profit, and many other things which are related to business.
