Vadodara, March 2024: The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS), Vadodara organized Beauty Care Skill Training for 21 girls from slums of Vadodara under the aegis of project supported by MIX FOR KIDS e.V (Germany).

In this month the instructor covered topics of massage, hair straightening, hair spa and facial massage.  Practical demonstrations were conducted by the instructor, instructions were given and students practiced the process shown by the instructor.   

The students learnt to use vibration machine massage to relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation. Hair straightening techniques involve heat application or chemical treatments to alter the hair's natural structure, achieving a sleek appearance. Hair spa treatments nourish the hair and scalp through conditioning, enhancing overall hair health and shine. Facial massage techniques improve circulation, reduce tension, and promote skin rejuvenation through gentle manipulation of facial muscles.
