Vadodara, September 2024: The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS), Vadodara organized three Glass Painting Trainings for a batch of 12 girls and 13 boys from slums of Vadodara under the aegis of project supported by MIX FOR KIDS e.V (Germany). 

Ms Manshi Yadav was the resource person. She took three sessions, whose details are as follows: 

Children used various materials such as glass colours, Fevicol, paint, big and small brushes, and used bottles to create a range of creative and decorative items. These included Clay Bottles, transformed into unique pieces like Flower Bottles, Art Bottles, and Zari Bottles, Children painted bottles with glass colours and added floral designs using clay and paints, turning ordinary bottles into beautiful vases. The Art Bottles featured intricate designs of peacocks, teddy bears, honey bees, and fish, with children skilfully using paint and clay to bring their creations to life. Each bottle reflected the individual creativity of the young artists, blending vibrant colours and shapes.
