Mumbai, November 2023: The Certification Ceremony for the 19 successful students in Advanced Tailoring and Beauty Care Skills was held on 18th November 2023. The event marked the successful completion of a comprehensive training program designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of participants in the fields of tailoring and beauty care.

 The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome address by Fr Gregory D’Almeida (Director-Don Bosco Development Society), who expressed gratitude to all participants, Instructors and staff for their dedication and support throughout the training program. He also shared his experience of successful interventions in working with women SHGs in Gujarat.

 Speaking on the occasion Fr George Miranda (Executive Director- Don Bosco Development Society) gave a brief overview of the Advanced Tailoring and Beauty Care Skills program and emphasized on the importance of acquiring skills in these fields to become economically self-reliant. He also thanked the Instructors and staff for their hard work and dedication. He thanked Fr Edwin D’Souza (Rector- Don Bosco Shrine) for generously providing the classrooms for holding Advanced Tailoring and Beauty Care Skills classes.

 Two successful students also shared their experience and satisfaction with the quality of the trainings. They acknowledged the hard work and commitment of instructors and the Management. After sharing of experience by students certificates were awarded to each participant by Fr Gregory D’Almeida , recognizing their successful completion of the course.

 After the program, sumptuous snacks were served to all.
