Mumbai, December 2022 : The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS) organized a ‘Children's Meet and Edutainment Programme’ on 15^th December 2022 at Don Bosco High School premises. About 350 children from the MGL remedial classes participated in this event. It was a whole day event with the games and fun, attractive prizes and sumptuous meals.

Dignitaries present for the occasion were Fr Manuel Murzello (Provincial Economer), Fr. Ashley Miranda (Vice Provincial ) Fr George Miranda (Executive Director – DBDS). The celebrations began with a welcome group dance lead by girls from Antop hill slum.

Fr. Manuel Murzello (Provincial Economer) in his speech specially thanked Children who visited DBDS premises for the first time. Children, their welfare, security and development was the main focus in the various speeches delivered by the honourable guests.

After the sumptuous lunch and desserts the children put a cultural event with variety of rocking dances and performances. The celebrations ended with ceremonial vote of thanks by Fr George Miranda (Executive Director – DBDS). Children went back home with a gift containing pencils, scale, sharpener, sketch pen, crayon, eraser etc.
