Mumbai, September 2022: The Don Bosco Development Society is organizing women to form SHGs in slums of Mumbai. The social workers held meetings with the women in the slum areas to educate them on the benefits of SHGs. 16 meetings were held and most of the women were willing to form SHGs. So far 8 SHGs have been formed. The details of these SHGs are as follows:
