Mumbai, February 2023 : The Don Bosco Development Society organized two income generation trainings under the aegis of MGL Disha Project supported by Mahanagar Gas Limited.

First training was held for two days from 3rd Feb to 4th Feb 2023 on the topic of ‘Paper and leaf plate making’ for 20 women from various slums of Mumbai. Mr Anil was the resource person. He demonstrated the working of machine, dies, and the method of paper and leaf plate making. He also covered the topics related to economics of the business like the material cost, labour cost, process cycle, market, profit, finance for business etc.

Second training was held from 21st Feb to 22nd Feb 2023 on the topic of ‘Snacks Business’ for 25 women from various slums of Mumbai. Ms Manju Bhagwat was the resource person. She taught Taught 8 types of Parathas like Corn ,Spinach, Radish, Cauliflower, Paneer, Cheese, Momos, Chicken parathas in two days training.
