Vadodara, August 2022: The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS), Vadodara organized Glass Painting Training for 20 girls from slums of Vadodara under the aegis of project supported by MIX FOR KIDS e.V (Germany).

Ms Manshi Yadav was the resource person. She took four sessions whose details are as follows:

The participants learnt to paint following:

1) Butterfly

2) Sri Krishna

3) Flag of India and freedom fighter

4) Parrot

Children were given material such as transparent sheet glass paint, flat brush, white paper, black outliner, aluminium foil, fevicol etc. They first made the sketch on a white sheet and then placed it behind the glass to make the outline. They used glass paint to colour their picture.
