Vadodara (Gujarat), June 2022: The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS) is running 25 classes under ‘Urban Slum Education Project’ aimed at assisting marginalized and deprived children from slums of Vadodara supported by Holy Childhood (Germany).

392 children participated in the painting work activity using the vegetables. Children were given water colours and pencil colours to make the paintings. Children brought the vegetable (Okra, Brinjal, Onion etc) from their home and cut into the shape of their choice. Then they used it to colour their drawing. This activity was taken in different classes and in different places. Children enjoyed the activity and were happy to share their paintings with others.
