Mumbai, October 2021: The Don Bosco Development Society has formed 41 new SHGs with 439 women under MGL Disha Project supported by Mahanagar Gas Limited.

Seven new SHGs were formed this month. Meetings in small groups were held. In the meeting the staff discussed the need to form new SHGs, updating SHG records, updating the monthly saving details, updating financial transaction records, progress on new SHGs etc were discussed. Some SHG members also discussed their possibility to go back to their native place in the wake of surge in COVID-19 cases in the city. The details of new SHG formed are as follows:
