Mumbai, November 2022: The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS), Mumbai organized certificate distribution ceremony for the students who successfully completed the training in Basic Beauty Care and Basic Computing skills.

30 students who successfully completed the course received certificates from Fr George Miranda (Executive Director-DBDS). In his address he congratulated the students on their success with a message to have a dream for themselves and move towards learning more and establishing themselves through Self-employment. He wished them for a bright and successful future.

The course is designed to provide entry level employment in beauty care industry and data entry works. The beauty care course included imparting skills in skin science, skin structure, skin function, skin preparation, facials, hairstyling, colour treatment, shampoo, conditioning, hair spas, treatments and rituals etc. In Basic Computer students learned MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Social Media.

The program ended with vote of thanks by Ms. Surekha Pednekar (Project Officer).
