Pune, June 2023: The Don Bosco Development Society organized a rally on 24th June 2023 under the aegis of ‘Women Empowerment Project’ supported by AXA Business Services.

The rally was related to Cancer. 50 students from Sadhu Vasvani College of Nursing participated in this rally. The rally started at 10.00 am from Labour Street in Yerwada and concluded at same place at 12 noon. The participants went through the lanes and streets, vegetable market, market place carrying placards with messages on harmful effects of alcohol and tobacco. On the way the participants delivered small lectures on harmful effects of substance abuse. The participants also took oath to keep away from the drugs.
