Mumbai, January 2023 : The Don Bosco Development Society organized two income generation trainings under the aegis of MGL Disha Project supported by Mahanagar Gas Limited.

First training was held on 10-11 January 2023 on the topic of ‘Cloth Bag Making’ for 20 women from various slums of Mumbai. Ms Vinita Tapase was the resource person. She taught 5 types of bag making; travel bag, hand bag, market bag, jewellery bag and money purse.

Second training was held on 17-18 January 2023 on the topic of ‘Organic Spice Making’ for 16 women from various slums of Mumbai. Ms Manjula Bhagwat was the resource person. She taught 16 types of spice making; Garam Masala, Kitchen King Masala, Tandoori Masala, Malvani Masala, Chai Masala, Dabali Masala, Momos Masala, Pav Bhaji Masala, Lolipop Masala, Milk Masala, Veg Kabab and Biryani Masala.
