Pune, February 2025: 10 SHG meetings were held physically. The agenda of these meetings was to motivate women to continue with SHG and contribute regularly to SHG fund. Along with taking up matters on SHG management, the staff keeps them appraised on the project activities also. Following topics were discussed in these meetings: 

• AXA Project plan for March 2025

• Social Analysis focusing on self-Empowerment through collective action

• Aims and Objectives of the Self Help Group.

• SHG PCMC Grant/ subsidy process & Criteria 

• File processing and documentation

• SHG Registration process 

• Skill Training Mobilization
