Pune: A Climate Change Awareness session was organized on 23^rd June 2022 for students of Samata Balak Mandir School in Nagpur Chawl slum in Pune. 66 students participated in this session held under the aegis of corporate responsibility week of AXA Business Services.

Mr Ramesh Gaikwad was the resource person for this session. The objective of this workshop was to make children aware and take action for climate change adaptation measures, such as adjustments in natural and man-made systems to reduce the likely impacts of climate change.

Resource persons covered following topics:

· Air Pollution & impact to human body

· Land Pollution & impact to human body

· Water Pollution & impact to human body

· Sound pollution and impact to human health

· How to save water

· How to change in lifestyle impact

It was an interactive session where the participants asked questions which were answered by the resource person. The participants took oath to conserve the environment. After the session Geometry Box and Snacks were distributed to all.
