Mumbai, July-August 2021: The Don Bosco Development Society has formed 29 new SHGs with 316 women under MGL Disha Project supported by Mahanagar Gas Limited. Meetings in small groups were held in which our staff discussed the need to form new SHGs, updating SHG records, updating the monthly saving details, updating financial transaction records, progress on new SHGs etc. were discussed. Some SHG members also discussed their possibility to go back to their native place in the wake of surge in COVID-19 cases in the city.
