Mumbai, October 2021: The Don Bosco Development Society organized two Income Generation Trainings for 51 women under the aegis of MGL Disha Project supported by Mahanagar Gas Limited.

First training was held from 20^th October to 21^st October 2021 on Masala (Spice) Making for 20 women. 14 different types of spice making were taught to participants. Ms. Vidhya Agawane and Kalpana were the resource persons. The spices taught were: Goda Masala, Sunday Masala, Garam Masala, Pulav Masala, Pavbhaji Masala, Chhole Masala, Sambar Masala, Tea Masala, Chat Masala, Kanda lasun Masala, Kolhapuri Masala etc. Mr Melvin Pangya took session on Marketing and selling of spices in neighbourhood.

Second training was held from 22^nd October to 23^rd October 2021 on Advance Cake Making for 31 women. Ms. Arti Naik taught Five different types of cake making processes to the participants. Sponge Cake, Celebration Cake, 3D Cake, Chocolate Cake and Birthday Cake making were taught to participants. Mr Pradeep Moon taught marketing, costing, budgeting, pricing and branding of products.
