Pune, July 2023 : The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS) organized four awareness sessions on savings, investment, insurance and digital security under the aegis of ‘Women Empowerment Project’ supported by AXA business services. The details are as follows: 

First session was organized on 7th July 2023 at Salve Nagar slum for 15 ladies. Mr. Ganesh Khandekar was the resource person. 

Second session was organized on 15th July 2023 at Jai Jawan Nagar slum for 14 ladies. Mrs Lata Gaikwad was the resource person. 

Third session was organized on 17th July 2023 at Bidi Kamgar Nagar slum for 22 ladies. Mrs Asha Londhe was the resource person.

Fourth session was organized on 25th July 2023 at Vidya Nagar slum for 15 ladies. Mrs Shilpa Deshpande was the resource person.

• Monthly Income Scheme(MIS)

• Senior Citizen Scheme (SCS)

• Public Provident Fund (PPF)

• Ponzy schemes

• Digital Frauds and Precautions

It was an interactive session where the participants asked questions which were answered by the resource person.
