Vadodara, November 2024: The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS), Vadodara organized Beauty Care Skill Training for 20 girls from slums of Vadodara under the aegis of project supported by MIX FOR KIDS e.V (Germany). 

Ms Maheshwari Lohar was the resource person. She took three sessions, whose details are as follows: 

This month, 20 young girls were trained in three key areas: Highlighting, Saree Draping Patterns, and Bridal Makeup. The training on highlighting focused on techniques to enhance facial features using modern tools and products. The saree draping session introduced participants to diverse regional styles, emphasizing traditional and contemporary patterns that cater to varied client preferences. The bridal makeup session covered detailed techniques, from creating flawless base applications to advanced eye makeup and accessorizing for different cultural bridal looks.
