Pune, August 2021: the Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS) held two health awareness sessions in Dutta Nagar and Ajanta Nagar slum in Chinchwad under the aegis of covid-19 pandemic relief work project supported by AXA business services. 37 women were educated on covid-19 vaccination and Arogya Setu Aap.

Wherever it was possible, the team interacted with people and educated them on the importance of washing and cleaning hand with hand wash and covering nose and face with mask and obey social distancing. These interaction and awareness sessions motivated 85 women to register for Covid vaccination this month.
