Koregaon Park (Pune), January 2025:  Don Bosco Development Society organized a Save Water Rally on January 24, 2025, at Samata Balak Mandir High School, Nagpur chawl, Yerwada, Pune. The rally, held under the ‘Women Empowerment Project’ supported by AXA Global Business Services, began at 10:30 AM and concluded at 12:00 PM.

 The event saw enthusiastic participation from school children, teachers, and community members. During the rally, students and community members took an oath to save water. Marching through Nagpur chawl, MH Board Colony, and the local marketplace, the students used slogans, posters, and placards to spread awareness about water wastage. They engaged with residents, emphasizing the importance of water conservation with messages like “Water is precious,” “Save Water, Save Life,” and “Jal Hai to Kal Hai.”

 A total of 67 students, both boys and girls, along with school staff, actively participated in the event. The program concluded with the distribution of snacks to all participants, marking a successful initiative in raising awareness about water conservation.
