Vadodara, November 2025: The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS), Vadodara organized business entrepreneurship training for the participants of Beauty Care and Tailoring Skill classes organized under the aegis of Skill Development project supported by MIX FOR KIDS e.V (Germany).
On 13/11/2025, Madhuriben Yadav conducted an entrepreneurship training session for the beauty parlour batch at Shikota Nagar, where she introduced key concepts and four types of entrepreneurship, with a focus on market and customer analysis, marketing and sales strategies, and distribution and supply chain management, enabling the participants to understand market niches, customer segments, branding, B2B and B2C sales, customer loyalty, and logistics. Subsequently, on 19/11/2025, she facilitated a similar entrepreneurship session for the beauty parlour batch at Kishanwadi, covering entrepreneurial characteristics and intentions, comparisons between corporate and independent entrepreneurship, components of a business plan, the entrepreneurial environment, and the fundamentals of business models. Further, on 21/11/2025, Madhuriben Yadav trained the tailoring batch at Kishanwadi on entrepreneurship, emphasizing opportunity recognition, resource management, value creation, risk-taking, innovation, business development, leadership, strategic thinking, adaptability, resilience, and the broader economic contribution of entrepreneurship, thereby strengthening the participants’ understanding of starting, managing, and sustaining small enterprises.
