Ms Neha Sonavne is the instructor. The details of the sessions are as follows:
Ms Neha Sonavne conducted detailed training sessions on stitching and dressmaking techniques. The participants were taught how to design and stitch a Kali Wala Lehenga, including the process of preparing panels (kalis), attaching the waistband, and finishing with proper hemming. She also introduced them to the Princess Cut Blouse, a highly popular style that requires precision in cutting and shaping to achieve a perfect fit. Additionally, she demonstrated the making of a Four-Tucks Blouse, explaining how the pleats enhance the fitting and overall look of the blouse. Along with these, she trained them in creating a Dhoti Salwar, a trendy bottom wear that involves unique draping and pleating techniques.
Through this training, the women not only learned to make fashionable and traditional garments but also gained skills in measurement and cutting techniques, which form the foundation of professional tailoring.
