A series of beauty training sessions were conducted for adolescent girls at Shikota Nagar and Kishanwadi to enhance their employability and self-reliance. The programme covered practical topics such as nail art, highlighting techniques, basic mehendi, and bridal makeup, delivered through hands-on demonstrations and guided practice. The morning sessions at Shikota Nagar were facilitated by Maheshwari Lohar and engaged 20 girls, while the afternoon sessions at Kishanwadi were led by Roshniben Makwana with the participation of 22 girls. The trainings received active involvement from the participants, helped build technical skills and confidence, and created awareness about livelihood opportunities in the beauty and personal care sector.
