Theoretical aspects such as benefits, precautions, and client safety measures were explained.
Trainers gave a live demonstration of the process:
• Body Polishing: Exfoliation steps, products used, and correct massage strokes.
• Body Massage: Techniques for relaxation, stress relief, and improving blood circulation.
• Vibration Machine Massage: Safe use of the machine, handling posture, and duration control.
Each participant practiced the technique in pairs or small groups.
Trainers supervised closely to ensure proper hand movements, pressure application, and equipment handling.
Mistakes were corrected on the spot, and tips were shared for professional service delivery.
After practice, trainers checked each participant’s technique and gave personal feedback.
Participants were encouraged to practice regularly to gain confidence.
