Vadodara, October 2025: The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS), Vadodara organized Beauty Care Skill Training for 42 girls from slums of Vadodara under the aegis of Skill Development project supported by MIX FOR KIDS e.V (Germany). The training is given in two batches. The morning batch consists of 20 girls trained by Ms Maheshwari Lohar and afternoon batch consist of 22 girls trained by Ms Roshniben Makwana. The session’s details are as follows: 

In October 2025, a series of beauty and grooming training sessions were conducted simultaneously at Shikota Nagar and Kishanwadi, focusing on enhancing the vocational skills of young girls. The sessions covered the same topics, methodology, and training content, ensuring uniform learning across both batches. The topics included Hair Crimping (1st October), Blue Dryer Machine (10th October), Eye Shadow Application (19th October), and Simple Makeup Techniques (24th October). At Shikota Nagar, the sessions were facilitated by Ms. Maheshwari Lohar in the morning batch with 20 participants, while at Kishanwadi, Ms. Roshniben Makwana conducted the afternoon batch with 22 participants. Both trainers provided practical demonstrations and guided the participants through hands-on exercises.
