Vadodara, April 2026: The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS), Vadodara organized Beauty Care Skill Training for 42 girls from slums of Vadodara under the aegis of Skill Development project supported by MIX FOR KIDS e.V (Germany). The training is given in two batches. The morning batch consists of 20 girls trained by Ms Maheshwari Lohar and afternoon batch consist of 22 girls trained by Ms Roshniben Makwana. The session’s details are as follows: 

A series of structured beauty and grooming training sessions were conducted for young women, focusing on practical skills such as hair crimping, blow drying, eye shadow application, and simple makeup techniques. The sessions were held in two locations, with separate morning and afternoon batches, ensuring wider participation. Each batch received hands-on guidance from experienced trainers, enabling the participants to build confidence and develop employable skills in the beauty sector. Overall, more than forty girls actively engaged in the training, showing enthusiasm and commitment to learning new techniques for their personal and professional growth.
